I have tried from multiple remote connections and it seems to just hang on app.plex.tv on my mobile browsers. And I have not been able to access it from a Samsung TV or Sony TV from their applications. Is the previous outage not fixed?
Not sure what outage you’re referring at.
If this is an older Samsung, you might be impacted by those devices no longer getting updated certificates for secure communication.
As for Plex Web… do you experience issues with the web app not loading or is this about failing to access your server/libraries from outside your home network? Not quite sure I understand the issue you’ve described.
