App Re-installation help

I had the Plex app successfully installed on my Samsung TV and using for the last month or so. It was inadvertently deleted yesterday. I re-installed the app but when the code screen comes up the four boxes are gray. No code is being shown. I have set connections to allow insecure connections.

If you are using the older third party Samsung SmartHub app then you need to use the proxy as the app by itself does not support the current security for authentication.

I din’t understand where to change proxy?

It something you need to install and run. I would ask for help installing it in that other forum topic. It is not something we make and I am not able to help with installing it.
