I am installing Plex and I have created an account. When the Plex app starts on my Windows 7 computer, it asks for the username and password for the Plex account, it initially connects and gives me the “Thanks for signing in …” message, then tells me there was an error signing in and everything stops. I have tried creating and using a different account, still no luck. Where do I go to get Plex up and running? Thanks!
