I’m noticing that when using Plex on my iPad, any 4K HDR movies playback with subdued colors. Any idea why and how to fix this?

6th gen with iOS 15.4 installed
Forgot to ask for your iOS logs (feel free to message them to me). If you have tonemappinng enabled on server transcoder settings I’m not sure what is going on.

Can you provide the xml info from PMS? It looks like the video is Dolby Vision and not HDR. We don’t/can’t tome map dolby vision.

Not sure what is going on, but appears that tone-mapping is working now
