apple silver remote on raspberry pi ???

hi i’m using rasplex 0.7.1 on rpi2 and i’ve added a ir receiver diod! on gpio and it works almost fine by my panasonic remote but i want to use apple remote because my tv is panasonic and it interfers so any help will be appreciated :)>-

Have you got the following line in your config.txt file?

 # Required overlay for LIRC to function
 dtoverlay=lirc-rpi

Have you created a lircd.conf file and placed it in the /storage/.config folder?
