Apple TV 4 - Buffering after around 30 seconds. Other clients fine

Whenever I stream to my apple tv 4 over LAN, after about 30 seconds it starts buffering constantly. My server is fine with all other clients, this only happens on the Apple tv. It also happens with 3rd party clients on the apple tv.

I have tried directplay on and off. Same behaviour.
I have tried switching off Large Send Offload (LSO) on my NIC as suggested by some, no change in behavior.

This happens on all type of content, most of what I watch is 1080p. But 4k and 1080 have same behaviour.

Attached is an image of a stream, no issues, a 1080p stream when it starts and a 1080p stream where I get buffering after about 30 secs
