Apple TV 4 fast forward out of sync audio

Audio goes out of sync whenever I fast forward 10 seconds on Apple TV 4. Any clues as to why this is happening? Thanks.

Are you using the native player or the enhanced player?

Hi. I tried with both: same results.

Is this happening with all videos or just some? Can you post the video and audio formats (NOT container / file type) of files this happening on? E.g. h.264 or h.265 for video, AAC for audio, etc…
