I don’t have a 2022 Apple TV 4K, but I do have the 2017, and 2021 models, and I’ve tested your sample in its entirety on both with 8.18 (5743) and 8.17 (5542), and haven’t been able to replicate any issues with dropped frames at all, I’m afraid.
