Dave what is your hardware setup? Maybe that’s why you can’t reproduce it? I have Apple TV → Denon Receiver → LG OLED . For me the audio is way ahead in Plex. Every other streaming app is synced perfectly.

I’ve stated previously that codec licensing has zero impact on A/V Sync. They’re completely unrelated. The issue is primarily to do with the different audio APIs that Apple offers, and how each of them works and how they handle latency between devices.

Still Plex is the only one having problems in the Apple TV.

No one here is “butthurt”. We’ve acknowledged the issue, said we can reproduce it, and have some experimental work that has been tested by participants of this thread. Name-calling and comments that do nothing but cause further discontent or stir anger do not help, or make it any quicker to solve this issue and get it released. Being antagonistic doesn’t help anyone.
