Apple TV 4K - Not working

So I’ve had alot of issues with getting Apple TV 4K to work and know I need your help.

I’ve read several forum threads and followed this:

Yes, it is possible to Direct Play 4K content to the Apple TV. Both H.264 and HEVC content works, but the media must follow some very specific guidelines.

It must be in an MP4 container.
The resolution must not be greater than 3840 × 2160.
If the video codec is HEVC, the FourCC must be hvc1.
The audio must be in a format native to the Apple TV (AAC, AC3, E-AC3, MP3).
The subtitles must be in an Apple TV compatible format (text based (mov_text, tx3g, ttxt, text), PGS will not work).
You must edit the tvOS.XML file on the Plex Media Server. (attached)
In the Plex client you probably need to set the Video Quality for Home (and possibly Internet) to Maximum, as the 20Mb default will probably not be enough.

I’ve attached video info and plex log

Can you guys help me identify the problem?

Plex wont even start playing the file…

I’m running a Plex Server on a 200/200 Mbit connection and the CPU are not strong enough to transcode 4K so Direct Play or Direct Stream are necessary

Looking forward for your help.

Bumping this

The AppleTV has traditionally been very limited in codec support and picky with formats - if you have a weak CPU that can’t handle transcoding the AppleTV isn’t a good choice. A shield would be a much better option. or re-rip, re-encode, or remux your files.
