Apple TV 4K playing all audio as Stereo

Hi, recently my plex app on apple TV is playing everything as stereo.

i tried factory resetting my apple tv, turing off atmos on the apple tv, turning on the old player on plex. Nothing helps.

The movies i’m trying to play are MKV container with EAC3 audio, and MKV with TrueHD 7.1 audio.

Other apps like netflix works great and played 5.1, 7.1 and atmos with no problems. its only plex that only sends out stereo signals.
