How the heck to you set it to auto login?

As in “automatically signing in” if you have multiple accounts inside your Plex Home?

The apple tv belongs to brother in law…

He just sent me pix… there is no autolog setting under experience

We even logged out. Then re registered. And before he switched to his account he looked to see if it had the setting

You should only see that as the admin of a Plex Home.
If your brother in law got his own full-fledged and stand-alone Plex account, he should also see that option.

I had him sign in as me… when u first register it logs in as master account.

It is not there under my account.

Also… this works fine on rokus, samsung, and htpc

I am seeing on reddit that this seems to be an issue on apple tv client

I remember some cases where users reported an issue like this more than a year ago… but I cannot find anything about it at the moment.

All I can tell you right now is that I’m seeing it as the 1st option in the settings of Plex on my Apple TV.

Does the option show after you sign-out, force-quit the app and restart / login?

I had him log out. Tjen we force quit. Then sign back on. After i input his code he was able to find the checkbox and set it before he swithced it to his account and pin

Looks like a bug to me that family users cannot set that checkbox… only the master account.

Roku os not like that. Neither is samsung client
