APPLE TV and Synology, file unvailable

Hello, since 5 days, i cannot read my movies on the plex app on my apple TV.
The message is “The plex multimedia server cannot find or cannot access the file relating to this library item and the desired location”.
Plex is still working on my Samsung TV but not on my Apple tv.
I’m using a synology NAS

That error message shouldn’t be related to the client – it just means the server cannot find/access the underlying file. Can you verify the same file is accessible on one platform but not the other?

Yes the file is accessible via the synology media app (on apple tv) and plex on my samsung tv

Does the Apple TV Plex client recognize the video after the NAS has been activated / waked up? I’ve seen it in the past that clients could timeout waiting for a file, giving an error message – when the server was still busy waking up the related HDD.

Hi, yes i try to restart the nas but still the same problem.
Ill check permissions, but i dont know why its work one week ago and not now

Ok, when i put a movie in the plex folder in synology, plex see it. But it dont see my other folders,(plex have all the permissions, i dont understand)
