This is still an issue even after both the latest server update and the latest Apple TV update. Can you please let me know next steps on getting this resolved. It has been weeks of not being able to use the Apple TV app which is the primary way I use Plex.

Following up again. Again the Apple TV app is not functional and even the IOS app does not load artwork right (as mentioned above). I am a paying customer, and have been since Plex pass was announced I would really appreciate either a status update or next steps to hopefully resolve this issue. Again happy to upload new logs from both the Apple TV and Server if it would be useful, just please let me know.
I am not trying to be a pain, just would like to resolve this so my family can watch TV like they are used to and given that the issue was reported over a month ago and the “fix” did not work I just would like to know that this has not been forgotten.

Following up again. @elan any chance you may be able to help on this. Happy to provide logs but the Apple TV app has been broken for some time now. This seemed to have started when I did a full metadata refresh of my media server (which I believe was recommended in a product update email).
Again happy to provide logs but the Apple TV update that was pushed did not do anything. It also appears that whatever is wrong is also preventing syncing of content to the mobile app as well.
