I changed my password and signed out existing devices.
When I returned to the Plex app on the Apple TV, it wanted me to sign in (as expected). I used the Link Code and was signed in.
After signing in, I got a message that my token had expired. I acknowledged it and everything continued to work fine.
Not a big deal.
