I note that you must enter the pin code of the user account directly on the screen. So everyone can get to know him. Can not use the remote control app on the ipod / iphone / ipad. Too bad. A point of improvement.

If you have home users with a pin then you enter the pin on screen by tapping the numbers visibly. There’s no way to hide what your pin code is at present.

I only have it to limit the kids on what they can view. Eldest might only be 3 but he sure manages to get his way around the app to play Lion King.
Hi, same here, please add into app possibility to enter PIN from keyboard on  TV 4th gen. It is no protection at all if anyone can watch my PIN being entered on the screen … Thank you.

YES! Same issue here, dont want kids to see my pin when i enter it. Either pin via Apple TV remote app keyboard or something integrated into the native IOS Plex app would be greatly appreciated.

Can’t believe Plex haven’t fixed this yet… I may as well remove the PIN number…

I just got into the premium club…and this is a serious issue for us with a PIN to lockout kids. They can watch us input the PIN right in front of them 
It’s now 2019… Any way to know if this was on Apple TV’s Plex application’s roadmap ? Because it would indeed be really useful.
This also drives me crazy, whether I use the Apple TV remote, or the Remote app on my iPhone/iPad, the PIN is visible on screen! The whole reason I set up PINs was to block some content from my kids. The kids who can clearly see the PIN I am entering. People have apparently been requesting this feature for years on various devices; will this ever be fixed?
