Apple TV says server unavailable

Server Version#:1.27.2
Player Version#:8.2

When I open my Apple TV Plex app I get "server unavailable. The Apple TV and server are on the same subnet mask. The Plex app from my iPad recognizes the server, so I don’t think this is a server issue. I have reinstalled the app on the Apple TV. I have reinstalled the Plex server. In short, I have tried most the suggestions I have found. Any advice would be appreciated.
