Apple TV, Switching to Bluetooth Shifts Audio Focus to Right

Continuing the discussion from Center audio channel plays to right earbud when switching to Bluetooth:

Happens with the latest Plex and tvOS installations. Watching any video with AAC 5.1 audio track shifts dialog audio channels to the right when switching output mid-playback from TV speakers over to Bluetooth headphones.
