lol, and exactly how does one provide logs from the AppleTV? you don’t. but i also am using .MKV files and up to date on the PMS. even tried a fresh VM PMS and still get the dark play. I’m happy that some people are NOT experiencing this issue. but many have posted here that are, and we would like a fix. I even reached out to the Plex Employee’s who post to the “Plex for AppleTV” area and got no response.
