I generally like the new smaller font size, but now the labels under hub/grid items look massive. The smaller font size on labels would also allow for more text characters to show on screen, reducing text scrolling.
Somewhat related. For TV show items please consider combining the second and third text labels into a single row like: S2•E6 – Title of Episode. Three rows of text labels is a bit much. Especially since they scroll on hover.
People over 50 can’t see any of that text anyway.
All of it is just a white-smear.
I expect Plex will fully comply with your request - they seem hell bent on making everything invisible to old folks. Plex should come with a White Cane or a Seeing Eye Dog named Reggie.
A simple text size option in settings would be nice to have. More user friendly for all I think.
Plex Veterans know Options are something Plex abhors.

my apple tv has just updated to latest plex version and the font size is ridiculous, fine to use on screen 2ft away but not on one the other side of the room is there a way to change it or is it just a design fault with the new version would be grateful for a constructive answer please
Yes, please make the font bigger, or give us an option to change the size. I can read it just, but my dad has no chance anymore. 
I payed a lifetime subscription, but won’t be able to use Plex that long. Font size in the app on Apple TV is so tiny I can hardly read it anymore!
Please make it larger or customisable.
