Apps, iOS, ipadOS, AppleTVos LGtv server appears offline, but server is available through browsers

Server Version#: 1.41.5.9522
Player Version#: iOS apps, APPLETVOS, iPadOS

When I try to access through apps on phones the content is gone, no libraries are shown - Server appears offline.

Browsing directly to my servers URL and logging in through browser works and content will play.

I’ve tried searching through the forum but I can’t seem to find anyone with similar problem. Please point me in the direction if this is solved elsewhere…

It has been a big struggle for a long time, but I haven’t had the need for remote streaming before now.

Remote access is enabled, changes to “Not available outside your network” until I click “Retry connection” and then it changes to “Fully accessible outside your network” - That does not change the issue above though. - Still no content.

Problem persists both when devices are on local network and in remote connections.

What’s with this instability and how do I enable stream of use in apps?

(I paid for the iPad/iOS app as well)

I’m experiencing exactly the same issue — and it’s incredibly frustrating.

Even on my local network, the iOS app completely fails to connect to my Plex server.
No libraries show up, the server appears offline, and the app is totally unusable.
I’ve spent a lot of time searching for fixes, but there’s nothing that solves it.
Previous versions worked flawlessly. This version is completely broken.

It’s honestly unacceptable — especially for those of us who have paid for the app and are Lifetime Plex Pass members.
We deserve a stable and functional experience, not a version that destroys core functionality.

Please address this issue urgently. This is not a minor inconvenience — it’s a critical failure.
