I have a quick question. By default, will the content on my Plex Media Server be accessible by any Plex member? I am asking this question because when I login to my Plex app I see so many free movies and TV shows. Are all those freely available on Plex from the Plex Media Servers of members like me? I will appreciate it if you would please enlighten me on that.

They are movies and shows that Plex supplies to anyone signed up to Plex and regardless of if that user runs their own server.
For those who don’t want them and prefer just there personal media the free ones can be turned off.
And no. Nothing you own on your own server is shared with anyone except the friends/family members you specifically choose to share with.
The free On Demand media on plex.tv are completely separate from other Plex user’s personal servers.
