When I upload my movies in the plateform, does Plex share my content with other users?
If you upload media to your own Plex Media Server, that media isn’t shared with others (unless you specifically share it with friends/family). You cannot upload media to Plex’ video-on-demand.
Media are not “uploaded” at all. They stay where they are: on your own server device.
They are only streamed to authenticated and authorized users on demand.
