Are the Plex devs every going to fix the "your connection to the server is too slow" bug which affects Shield users?

It doesn’t affect everyone but a lot of users seem to have the issue; nVidia Shield "Your connection to the server is not fast enough to stream this video"

How do I go about finding these logs in order to post them?
