It looks like the Plex app for XBOX 360 goes nowhere - it misses a lot features and there aren't any updates regard this app.
Can someone from the Plex team just update that they are working on it, and maybe if it's possible to give an ETA ("this month", "in three months", "this year", "this millenium"....)?
I would really love to watch Plex on my XBOX buy currently it's impossible (no playlists, unable to change subtitle's size, the lack of MANY features and more)...
The Xbox 360 client is still in early access (which is why it doesn't have all of its features) and is still in active development.
You can expect development at the very least until the client is completed and no longer a beta client, and I would expect development will last for sometime beyond that point as well.

What I don’t think is available and I really wanted was the ability for remotes to control it.

Indicates remote control? Not sure what you meant specifically though.
That is the feature I didn’t think was included, normally you have to enable it within the settings to allow access but I guess it’s just automatically allowed now on the 360 which is nice.
