Hello,
I am having some issues of random artifacts and skips when I am playing through Plex Web. It does not happen with every video, it primarily occurs when watching the TV series Person of Interest, but I have not checked every single video in my library. You can see it in the intro screen however it occurs throughout the entire video and happens on every single episode. I have tried both enabling and disabling the alternate streaming protocol option in the Plex Web settings, however neither option makes a difference. If i set the video to “convert automatically” though instead of original playback, the video does seem to play without the artifacts appearing, but then sometimes the video stops playback completely.
I am fairly sure it is not an issue with the files themselves, as if I play them locally I see no artifacts, and if I play through the Plex desktop player or from the Plex app on either of phone or Apple TV it does not occur either, it seems to be an issue with just the Chrome player. The files were ripped straight from Blu-Ray as mkv using MakeMKV. I’ve included a screenshot of the issue I described.
Here are the log files as well, in case they are needed.

I know that I can play back fine within the desktop app, but I am curious to see if it is possible to get playback within Chrome working properly mainly because of Super Resolution and HDR AI upscaling features with the new RTX cards as they only work with videos within Chrome at the moment. Please let me know if there is anything else you need. Thank you!
