it skips forward randomly..
really annoying… i paid plex pass…and what is happening to me ??
when i checked “Use alternate streaming protocol for video playback”
i just got a black screen with audio..
plz help me..
Please provide the server DEBUG logs which capture a playback.
This will let us see , at least some of, what’s happening.

Now I can see you’re using a Synology NAS and have subtitles involved.
I understand why you’re having difficulty.
Synology NAS processors aren’t the strongest when subtitles are involved.
We are having difficulty with ASS subtitles and have a fix for that in the upcoming PMS 1.32.8 release.
Would you mind retrying when that is released this coming week?
