When I am using the standard Plex app for Android mobile, and playing music on my Samsung Galaxy S10+, I am not able to use the “artist” radio function using the hamburger button (3 vertical dots). Please see the picture for reference. Any idea why this function is not working?
Same thing happened to me just recently. Stopped working a few days ago.
What do you mean you can’t use it? What happens when you click the button? Or do you mean you can’t click the button?
Right. When I click on it nothing happens. It should start playing that artist, then move on to ‘similar’ artists of the same genre/style.
The devs are aware of the issue and it will be fixed in an upcoming update.
