The Artist Radio feature is not working on all platforms (Roku, iPhone, iPad, and Fire HD 10 tablet. Every attempt to use the new Artist Radio feature results in the error “Could not start playable items when selecting artist radio). This is true for every artist i’ve tried I’m collection. Any ideas as to what is causing this?

I’m not having any luck either. Just says “unable to play media” on Android for me. Haven’t tried on Roku yet.
After banging my head against the wall, I was able to fix this problem for me by enabling “Download Popular Track Information” in my music library and then refreshing metadata.
That information must be used when generating the playlists.
