Ask for help Settings page is not fully functional

I installed a set of plex under the same ip server. After logging in with a different account, there is a server option on the sidebar of the settings page of one account, but not the other account. What is going on here, I’m another one The account is purchased with a pass, there is no server option, please help to solve it, thank you

You can only be logged in with one Plex account at a time and a server can only be linked/owned by one user.

If you have linked your server to a different user (e.g. the one without your Plex Pass):

  1. sign-in as that user in Plex Web
  2. go to Settings > [Server Name] > General
  3. sign-out using the section that says “this server is currently signed in as …”
  4. change Plex Web to your user account with the Plex Pass
  5. open your server through its local IP address (e.g. http://127.0.0.1:32400/web if your on what the same machine, http://[PMS IP address]:32400/web otherwise)
  6. go to Settings > [Server Name] > General (same as #2)
  7. sign your server into your account

This is the account that I have a pass. There are many options missing in the sidebar, and the server cannot be found. I don’t know how to solve it. I hope I can get help. Thank you.

It appears you had already linked the server to your other account.
As you can only connect the server to 1 account, you need to unlink it first. Then you can link it to your Plex Pass account.

Based on the screenshot you are currently signed in with the Plex Pass account. As that’s not the owner of your server, you cannot see the server settings. So… if you want to sign-out your server you need to login with that other account.
