Asking for confirmation on restoring PMS installation

Hi,

I just noticed that I seem to hae lost control of my QNAP-based PMS setup. When opening the server’s URL in my browser I see the player interface only. My understanding is that the server somehow lost connection to my account. Since it was some time ago I set this up I would like confirmation on my next steps. What I am planning to do is:

  • Backup my meta data as described here. This is important for me as I had some headaches with some nasty shows.
  • Use ClaimIt to re-connect my server installation.

Does my - admittedly simple - plan sound right? Or should I check for other causes first?
