Assistance with "Watch Trailer" Button on Android TV & Phone

Hi,

I recently purchased Plex Pass primarily to watch trailers while browsing through artists’ filmographies and the Discover tab on my Android TV and Phone app. However, after two days of trying, I still can’t make the “Watch Trailer” Button appear in either of them.

I do see the button when using Plex on my Windows browser and even on my phone’s browser, but it doesn’t appear in the Android TV or Phone apps for filmography and the Discover tab.

Could someone please help me enable this feature? I’d really appreciate any guidance.

If there is a definitely a trailer because you have seen it in other apps but no button then the trailer is likely lower down the page under the cast in the Extras row.
