UPDATE: I did a dumb. Disregard!
I’ve got Plex Pass and like the little “Play Trailer” button but I’ve just set Plex up on my NVIDIA Shield (Android TV) and that button is missing. I’m guessing it isn’t built into the Android app?
Feature parity across platforms is important, especially as it relates to premium offerings, so I hope that an upcoming release resolves this.
hmm… I just started up Plex on my Android TV. There it’ll show the button – except it has a text label, no icon (Play Trailer, right next to Play).
For consideration: if you indeed run into an app that does’t show that icon/button… the trailers will still be showing under Extras. Usually trailers are sorted at the beginning of the extras hub. If there’s a lot of different trailers, the Play Trailer button usually only refers to the 1st of those, while the Extras hub shows all remaining ones.

Dang, it just wasn’t showing up on certain ones that didn’t have a trailer. Can this post be removed? (can’t seem to figure out how to do it myself)
