I’ve been using my Asustor AS1002T V2 NAS as a plex server since I purchased it this summer. Normally I use my XBox One S as a media player and it has never failed to access my Plex Library. However I have a Caavo unit in the Master BedRoom, and A Vizio TV in another room both have the ability to connect to and play Plex media., however neither when I log in can see my Plex server. I loaded the Plex app on my IPhone 11 and it doesn’t see my library either, but with it I can at least see that my Plex Server shows up as being offline (even though my XBox can still play movies from my library). Accessing plex via the internet web interface also shows that I don’t have a Plex Media Server online. Not sure what I’m doing wrong, I have set up port forwarding in my home router for 32400 to my NAS / Media Server. Is there anything else I need to do?
