Plex Media Server not found in Asustor Portal Why?

Hello all,

I am new in this forum.
I have a nas asustor AS6202T, since the end of December I can no longer have plex on asustor portal to watch on TV. I did a full reinstallation of my nas three times and nothing, plex does appear in the list of applications. it works when we click on it and there it opens us web plex.
On the other hand it is not in the PORTAL where the applications are put. Does anyone have any idea of the problem. Thank you

You need to ask Asustor about that, We don’t put things there. Looking at their site all that seems to do is open them up in the browser anyway. https://www.asustor.com/admv2?type=2&subject=7&sub=28
