I am trying to setup plex on my Asustor Nas device but I cannot get into the app to setup the server. I have tried all the troubleshooting recommendations and not having any luck. It says that the “connection mode is not supported”.
Any help would be appreciated

I’m also have this very same problem.
I only get it running once after reinstalling plex.
But now even after reinstalling, it is still giving me this same problem.
Have tried forwarding the port, but no success also.
Before this when it is working, I did not forward any port.
Hope someone can shed some light here.
