ASUSTOR - Download App failed

Player Version#: -

I get the following error when trying to install Plex Server from the app central (the app store for the NAS).
“22/02/2021 17:15:09”,“ERROR”,“plexmediaserver”,“Plex Media Server-1.21.2.3943-a91458577”,“Download App failed. (Ref. -190)”

This only happens with Plex, i have installed many other apps (JAckett, Sonarr,Radarr) all have been installed with no issues.

Any idea why is this happening?
