Asustor NAS, PLEX, Media server does not show online

My Asustor 6204T NAS was previously hosting my Plex server software and movie library. Now when I open the Plex software on Ruku, my tablet, or phone, the only server shows running on my desktop PC. It does not list the NAS server as being active. I have tried reloading Plex Server on my NAS (now version 1.14.1.5488 and it did not help.

I am currently within my own LAN, so it shouldnt be a firewall issue. Any suggestions?
