Plex Suddenly Stopped Connecting to NAS

This is the app on my Asustor AS5304T running 4.3.0.RSB1.

Player Version#: Plex Media Server for Windows v.1.40.2.8395-c67dce28e

I cannot get my Plex Media Server to recognize a server anymore that it has recognized for months. I constantly get the following screen

I definitely have a network connection and the server is online. I logged directly into my NAS to open the Plex app from there and I get the following page every time

So I can’t even pull logs to share. I don’t know of anything that has changed. I have no VPNs or proxies running, and I have no clue how to get my Plex account to access my NAS again.
