I have installed my PMS on a Asustor as6404t, since recently it was working fine. I have the current version of the PMS for Asustor (1.13.8.5395-10d48da0d) and ADM (3.2.2.RM92) installed on the NAS.
But now I am not able to access the server, when I try to reach it from Plex Media Player, Webplayer (PC) or Plex app (Android) I get the following message.
The server “ServerName” is unreachable. Make sure it’s running, double check your network, and try again.
When I try to access the server from within ADM (the OS of the Asustor) I am still not able to access the server (no help disabling and re-enabling the app the the App Central), and I get following message in the browser window (chrome)
The connection was reset
The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading.
I have tried to remove and re-install the app via the App Central (with ADM interface).
Anybody experiencing anything similar? and what could be a possible fix?
