Asustor Plex no longer seen as a server?

With the recent security warning, I reset my password. After which, i went through a bunch of FAQ (Removing preferences key value etc) because my Server shown up as unauthorized.

In one of the steps, I went to authorized devices and removed the server. Now even after a clean install on my NAS, when I login to the LAN IP interface, it dont seem to recognize itself as a server to allow me to reselect my libary.

Are you on the same subnet as the Asustor PMS when attempting to reclaim it?

I can’t get mine to show up either on my Synology NAS, so annoying.

Same here…followed the request to change the password…and now my Plex Server seems to be gone and cannot connect anymore!
