Recently received an email stating I needed to update my account password because of some security breach on Plex. I went directly to my server and updated it from there and when I logged back in my servers are gone and I get a “ Not Authorized”, logged back out and in again and now I get a “No Content”. I click on the link that tells me how to get my servers back, followed the instructions and logged out, than back in… Nothing. So I uninstalled and reinstalled, nothing. So I click on the +Your Media and it tells me to download Plex, Plex is already downloaded. I am using an Asustor NAS Model FS6812X. Tried to reach out to support and they tell me to use forums, what happened to actual support, had I known changing a password would have broke this, I wouldn’t have spent money on Plex for no support and I wouldn’t have changed my password. That’s my rant, if Plex staff could help… That would be great.
After you reset your password and let it sign you out of all devices, you then have to sign-in and claim the server (and each device).
This url will tell you whether the server it yet to be reclaimed, where you’ll see claimed="0"
http://local_ip_of_pms:32400/identity
and these are a pretty solid set of instructions, especially the part about
Sign-In/Claim Your Plex Media Server

Hope this gets you a bit farther than you are now.

Thanks for reaching out, I had tried this set of instructions and a few others. Nothing moved forward, just an infinite loop of sign in, +your media, download plex, repeat. So I just switched to another platform.
