ATSC3.0 Broadcast and AC-4 Sound

It’s kinda disgusting that we mandate the use of patent-encumbered, non-free-license technology for broadcasting to the public.

It’s TOTALLY disgusting. The ATSC should be ashamed of themselves. They specified a AC-4 for sound, but royalty-free HLG for HDR video. It makes no sense.
