All of a sudden, videos I know are good have the audio substantially out of sync (on the order of 5 seconds off). When I watch the same video on the desktop player app, the audio and video is completely in sync (same if I play the video directly in in VLC).
The Rokus played out of sync begining about 36 hours ago. The players are all connected to the same network as the PMS via gigabit ethernet.
Anyone else seeing this? Is there something with this build of the server?
It looks like Roku is aware of a possible issue when the āauto-adjust display refresh rateā is enabled. Please check to see if that is enable, and disable it. That should correct the sync issue in the interim. Also note, if you need to have that setting enabled (if you notice video stuttering), then seeking for a second during playback should also correct the audio sync.
