Audio Sync issues using Roku

In the past I’ve had very few audio sync issues, and they were almost always solved by stopping /starting playback, or in extreme situations, exiting Roku Plex and restarting it. That’s changed over the past week. The audio for every movie or TV show I’ve played has lagged about 1/4 to 1/2 a second behind the video. It’s not enough to make it unwatchable, but it’s very irritating. Has anyone else experienced this? Does anybody have a suggestion on how I might correct it?

Background:
I’ve checked my bandwidth for my server and it has 229 mb/sec download & 11 mb/sec upload. I don’t have server overload. Most of the time I’m the only one on it. I’ve also checked my computer resources. I’m using between 8-10% of my CPU memory. I’m using between 25 & 40% disk space. There’s nothing running in the background that would cause the issue. I’ve made no changes to my server or my CPU for the past week or so.

Ideas?

Same problem… playback start ok and then become out of sync… only on roku tv… not on PC… have tried rebooting roku, and clearing the cache on roku … suggestion?

Getting an answer isn’t looking promising. It’s been a little better the last 2-3 days, but it’s still not in perfect sync. Fingers crossed that it fixes itself.
