If Roku is set to Auto Adjust Display Refresh Rate under advanced settings (this is necessary if you want things like camera pans to display smooth, not all choppy – not sure how anyone could stand it any other way), often the video playing in Plex will not have audio synced correctly, requiring you to skip ahead/back to get it to sync back up.
Netflix and most other players on Roku do not have this issue.
Turning auto adjust off is confirmed to have helped with my audio sync issues - though I’m sure it’ll create video choppiness issues eventually (haven’t come across that yet…just watching sitcoms at the moment)
Same issue. Enabling adjustable frame rate displays a beautifully smooth picture, but introduces audio sync issues making it worthless. This issue is only present in Plex app.
Same here. Plex is the only one that does this.
Yeah, same problem here. Hitting the replay button gets it back in sync.
