Audio Stuttering when transcoding media

Player Version#: iOS 8.0

When playing transcoded video media through the iOS app, the audio stutters horribly. When no transcoding is required, either by choice or need, the audio plays without any issues. It also only seems to happen with audio ripped from Blu-Rays; DVDs play with no issues.

I also have no issues with either Blu-Ray or DVD files on any other devices that I use Plex on.

iPhone 12 on iOS 15.4

File codecs:
Original audio: EAC3 5.1
Transcoded Audio: Opus

Please let me know if what else is needed.
