Audio Sync only on Roku TV PRO Model

First off, this only happens on my Roku Pro model television.

It does not and had never happened on my TVs from TCL running Roku OS (for the last several years of continued use)

It’s not constant in timing (xx minutes/hours) after starting the Plex or Plex Beta app. (Hence, I have no logs because they turn off automatically)

It also happens with different file types and video codec etc.

It has happened on recorded TV from my Hauppague network cable tuner, h264 MKV, h265 MP4, h265 MKV, aac, and AC3 videos to the best of my knowledge.

It is not gradual, it happens in an instant and to sync back to after pressing the Pause/Play button as well as skip back/forward etc.

If I rewind and play the video, it will not reproduce the audio Sync issue.

Also The audio is always ahead of the video - I’ve never timed it, but it’s off by about 10 seconds.

This has been happening since I purchased this reflection back in February.

As an aside, I did have an unrelated issue with my TV and had to return it to Amazon and buy a new TV - the same model - so this has happened on 2 physical TVs.

Since I’ve had the TV, the Roku OS has been updated at least once from 14 to 14.5

I do use an HDMI ARC soundbar (VIZIO V51)
Roku audio output: eARC
Preferred Streaming format: Auto (supports Dolby and DTS)

Roku sound mode: Standard
Virtual surround: only for Atmos.
No volume leveling
No dialog enhancer
