First, let me state that I was not seeing this issue on my TCL Roku TV – I am only experiencing this sync issue with this new Roku Pro TV.
This issue isn’t consistent, and I cannot reproduce it.
Audio always begins playing normally and in sync. However, on several occasions at some point, the audio will all of a sudden become out of sync. I don’t think this is a drift issue as everything is fine, until it isn’t.
Skipping back a few seconds will correct the issue and audio be back to normal when playing resumes.
The PMS server is on my local network, the video is always direct play or direct stream, never transcoded and happens with both content from my Plex DVR as well as other previously transcoded content.

I am using an external HDMI ARC Soundbar from Vizio - therefor the Roku audio options are limited.
Does anyone else have a Roku Pro TV or a Roku OS TV with the same OS build number?
Re Logs
Logs for Plex on Roku only work for 20 minutes from the time they are activated, and I can’t predict when or if the audio will go out of sync during that session.
I can grab logs from my server next time, but I’m not sure if they will show the problem – but I’ll certainly grab the logs next time it occurs.
