I have a movie with 4 audio tracks (AAC [eng], AC3 [eng], AAC [fre], AAC [eng]). When i have trailers enabled to play before the movie, the only audio track available for the movie is the first AAC track. However, when i disable trailers, then in the movie settings i can choose all four and the AC3 is selected by default (which is what i want because i have a 5.1 setup). This looks similar to the bug i found about subtitles missing when trailers are enabled (https://forums.plex.tv/discussion/178092/subtitles-missing-when-trailers-play-before-movie-starts). Maybe the same bug is affecting the audio tracks as well.
